The University of Auckland, the top university in New Zealand, has just released a comprehensive list of brand-new scholarships for students from South-East Asia, offering students financial aid of up to NZD10,000. The University of Auckland ASEAN High Achievers Scholarship was established to attract South-East Asian students back to campus now that the borders are completely open. The Fostering Learning and Awareness on Student Housing (FLASH) survey, the largest statistical investigation ever made into the living circumstances of Canada’s student population, provides a dismal picture of the housing circumstances of the 1.5 million renters in that nation. According to long-term trend (LTT) assessment results from the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) released today by the National Center for Education Statistics, 9-year-old students’ reading and arithmetic skills decreased between 2020 and 2022. (NCES).
