For the purpose of awarding postgraduate scholarships to students enrolled in AICTE-approved programs and within approved intakes of ME, MTech, MArch, and MDes through DBT for first-year students of the academic year 2023–2024 who have achieved qualifying marks with a valid GATE or CEED score card, the All-India Council for Technical Education is calling for online applications from AICTE-approved institutions.
November 30 is the deadline for students to submit their applications online or for institutions to create student IDs. December 15 is the deadline for the institute to verify information.
Students enrolled in postgraduate programs with valid GATE or CEED scores who are admitted to AICTE-approved programs and institutes must obtain a unique ID from the institution and log in to the website pgscholarship.aicte-india.org to upload only scanned copies of all original documents in JPG or JPEG format.
Documents required:
- Scanned copy of GATE/CEED score card.
- Bank account should be ACTIVE with Aadhar Card. The students can follow the manual link to check their bank account linkage status with Aadhar on pgscholarship.aicteindia.org/assets/manuals/Manual_for_Bank_account_linkage_with_Aadhaar.PDF
- Only Aadhar active savings bank account will be considered since the PG Scholarship is released through Aadhaar Bridge Payment System (ABPS) mode through Public Financial Management System (PFMS).
- No-Frill Account, Jan Dhan account, Bank Account having limits on transactions/credits & Joint Account are not permitted.
Subsequently, the institution will confirm the student’s information, authorize their application on the website, and confirm their eligibility for the scholarship award.
