The Delhi University (DU) today (August 17) announced that the varsity is opening a two-day window from for the provision of mid entry for fresh applicants.
This mid-entry window will be open from 5 pm of August 17 till 4:59 pm of August 19.
The applicants who either did not apply to CSAS phase – 1 or were unable to complete phase 2 would be eligible to participate in the third round of CSAS thanks to this provision of mid-entry.
Who may apply?
Furthermore, the availability of mid entry will allow students who were previously denied by Delhi University due to incorrect subject mapping to amend it and finish the phase. Only those applicants who submit their applications through the Delhi University’s mid-entry window will be given consideration for placement in the third round of the CSAS (UG 2023–2024).
On August 10, the varsity announced the second list of seats allocated. The list is available on the university’s official website, admission.uod.ac.in, for students who applied to the school. A total of 19038 allocations were made in the second round. 10,104 of these candidates received their improved option. After the first round, a total of 34,174 candidates chose to upgrade, while 32,600 chose to keep their original placement.
The third round of counselling will begin on August 17 with the display of vacant seats at 5 pm, and the classes commenced from August 16.
