Kings and Wisconsin partnership enters a new phase.

Kings Education, a Pathway provider, has inked a third contract with the University of Wisconsin, specifically with its UW-Stout campus. Following its long-standing relationships with the campuses in Oshkosh and Fox Cities, Wisconsin, comes this.

Known locally as the state’s “Polytechnic University,” the Stout campus strengthens Kings’ reputation as a university with a “technology-driven” philosophy.

According to Scott Pierson, director of the school’s Office for International Education, “Kings’ vast global network will bring increased diversity to our campus community, enhance our campuswide internationalization efforts, and provide participating students with pathways to academic and career success, all of which align with our polytechnic mission.”

It enters a new, “practical,” phase of Kings’ cooperation with the main organization, one that is more industry-focused. More than 20 Master’s degrees with a focus on careers are available from UW-Stout in subjects like manufacturing engineering, operations and supply management, food science, applied mathematics, and more.

In addition, the list of degrees encompasses more than 45 undergraduate programs, including hospitality management, IT and communications, STEM, and business and management, which is a popular course among international students.

According to Jose Antonio Flores, managing director of Kings US, “UW-Stout offers the most comprehensive STEM degrees in the system and the range of undergraduate and graduate degrees offered at UW-Stout will appeal strongly to many international student markets.”

In addition to providing “dedicated support” for international students, UW-Stout boasts a low student-to-faculty ratio of 18 to 1. The campus is located in Menomonie, in western Wisconsin, and is about an hour’s drive from Minneapolis Airport, which serves as a hub for domestic and international airlines. The new partnership’s first intake is scheduled for the autumn of 2024.
