The Russian House in Chennai stated on Wednesday that Indian students who are interested in going to Russia for higher education are urged to apply for the fully financed study programmes offered by various universities.
According to the scholarship programme, students can get up to 200 grants in order to pursue degrees in a variety of educational fields, such as general medicine, physics, nuclear power, and aeronautical engineering, at any of the 766 Russian universities spread throughout 89 sites.
