The National Testing Agency (NTA) today (July 25) released the result for the University Grants Commission–National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET). Candidates who appeared for the exam can check the result on the official website — ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
This year, the phase 1 examination was conducted between June 13 to 17 while phase 2 was conducted from June 19 to 22 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The provisional answer key was released on July 5.

Step 1: Visit the official website — ugcnet.nta.nic.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the result link.
Step 3: Enter all the required credentials like application number and date of birth.
Step 4: Save, download, and take printout of the result for future use.
There were 83 subjects for the examination. The exam was conducted in 18 shifts in 181 cities across the
country. This year, there were around 6,39,069 candidates who registered themselves for the UGC-NET examination.
