The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will begin the online document verification for the Common Entrance Test (KCET) students who are mentioned in clause ‘a’ in the online application of UGCET 2023. The document verification process will conclude on July 15.
For the online seat allotment, the candidates should have passed the 2nd PUC / class 12 from PUE / CBSE / CISCE/10+2 or should have passed any other equivalent examination and students who are claiming the eligibility condition for clause code ‘a’ in UGCET 23 online application or eligible candidates who are able to achieve the eligibility clause code ‘a’ must verify the study certificates/Kannada medium study / rural Study / 2nd PU / 12th Std.
The original documents produced by the engineering rank should be based on the KEA website Marks at the respective concerned / jurisdictional BEO office attached to their school / college on the dates.
The KCET 2023 registration began from March 2 to April 25, while the admit cards were released on May 5 and the exams were conducted from May 20 to 21 .The exams were conducted in 592 exam centres across the state out of which 121 centres were located in Bengaluru. There were nearly 16,000 non-Kannadiga students who had enrolled for this examination and were exempted from writing the compulsory Kannada exam.
The result was declared on June 12. Also, the students who are claiming eligibility under the clause(b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i), (j), (k) (1) (m) (n) and (0) will be appearing offline for the offline verification of the documents in Bengaluru at KEA office.
