On April 6 of this year, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwat Mann said that his administration would open at least 10 sites to offer free tutoring for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exams. State governments that are providing free coaching services are: New Delhi, UP, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat.
