HCP Becomes the First Home-Based Care Educational Provider to Be CHAP-Verified

HCP has been acknowledged as the first CHAP-verified educational provider for home care, home health, hospice, and residential care based on the strict standards of quality set forth by Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP). In order to make sure the relevant content in those courses fulfilled CHAP requirements as well as CMS rules, CHAP did a comprehensive review of sample courses from HCP’s compliance and professional development suites. The CHAP Standards of Excellence have been determined by CHAP to be met by HCP material.

HCP Training enables agencies to design top-notch onboarding processes for new hires, deliver legally compliant annual training, and give staff members professional development materials to improve their abilities. According to Daniel Stephens, SVP, Center for Excellence, “CHAP is proud to acknowledge HCP as the first educational provider to attain the rare designation of CHAP verification.” “We are pleased to engage and partner with them because they give the best instructional resources to community-based healthcare providers. HCP has demonstrated its commitment to providing excellence to the community-based providers they serve by going through the rigorous screening process to guarantee that their education meets the highest standards and is consistent with CHAP’s criteria of excellence.”

Linda Leekley, Chief Clinical Officer at HCP, said, “In addition to being the only training firm to work with CHAP, HCP is proud to have our training content verified by the CHAP Center of Excellence. “Meeting their high criteria demonstrates HCP’s dedication to providing high-quality training and aids the organisations we partner with in going above and beyond patient care needs, complying with regulations, and enhancing outcomes all around. Extending our cooperation with a company that shares our commitment to exceeding client, patient, and family expectations for comprehensive care is exciting.”
