Center for Social Dynamics Dreams Come TRUE Degree Achievement Program We'll pay for college. Seriously.

ALAMEDA, Calif., June 9, 2022 — The Center for Social Dynamics (“CSD”) announced today the launch of its new Dreams Come TRUE programme, an exclusive educational perk open to the whole 1,300-person staff. This benefit is for people who serve the Autism community and provide tailored, family-based, and culturally sensitive treatment services to persons with autism. To give qualified workers with access to tuition benefits, CSD teamed with Workforce Edge, an employee education management platform powered by Strategic Education, Inc.

Employees who are eligible for tuition reimbursement will now be able to receive up to $5,250 in a calendar year to spend toward any recognised degree programme of their choosing. In addition, under the CSD’s Dreams Come TRUE initiative, CSD workers can enrol in chosen degree programmes at Strayer University or Capella University and have their tuition paid in full up front. CSD completely funds a number of associates, bachelors, masters, and graduate certificate programmes as part of this initiative.

“Our purpose at CSD is to open up a world of possibilities for people with autism and those who work with them. There is no greater platform for our staff and clients to achieve their goals than education “Kelly Bozarth, the Center for Social Dynamics’ Chief Executive Officer, stated. “We are ecstatic to join with Workforce Edge to provide further educational opportunities to our devoted and skilled professionals.”

Through the cooperation, CSD workers will be able to further their career and personal growth by enrolling in fully supported degree programmes in a range of fields. Employees who are eligible may also use a yearly tuition aid allotment to attend any approved degree programme of their choosing, which will be maintained by Workforce Edge.
