In conjunction with The Smart Owl, the Institute of Professional Banking (IPB) opens its first facility in Bengaluru.

BENGALURU, India, May 17, 2022 — In Bengaluru, the Institute of Professional Banking (IPB) and The Smart Owl launched their first facility in South India. IPB’s purpose is to empower, train, and prepare Indian graduates to work in the banking industry. Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, CEO, Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM), and Mr. Arvind Jhadav IAS, (Retd.) Chief Secretary, GoK, as well as banking sector leaders, attended the opening of the IPB – Smart Owl Chapter. They emphasised the need of partnering with education to address the talent gap in the banking business.

Mr. Gursimran Singh Oberoi, the founder of IPB, emphasised the shifting trends in the banking business and guaranteed that they will be one of the primary routes for excellent quality bank aspirants contributing to the banking industry. Ms. Nimmi Uday (Founder of The Smart Owl), the Center Director, emphasised how the upskilling programmes given at the centre will help in the future of banking and finance.
The IPB programmes have been designed to enable banking aspirants become upskilled, qualified, and competent professionals, as well as the ideal candidate for the banking industry. Classroom training, examinations, counselling, projects, field training, and continuing professional development programmes are all used to teach information
